吴伟,1978年3月,湖北武汉人,副研究员,主要从事杂草入侵的分子生态学,野生植物资源开发利用的科研教学工作,主持了国家自然科学基金面上项目(结题),青年基金项目 (结题)及中国博士后特别资助(结题)和一般面上项目(结题),参与一项广东省林业科技创新项目子课题一项(结题)。以第一及通讯作者(共)发表科研论文26篇,通过国家植物新品种授权(排名第二)一个和广东省作物新品种一个(排名第一)。

植物基因组可塑性与进化韧性
实验室致力于从群落生态学与群体遗传学的交叉视角,解码植物基因组在面对转座子爆发与基因组冲击时展现出的惊人“韧性”与“弹性”。
我们以秋海棠属等基因组变异剧烈的类群为核心模型,视转座子为基因组内的“动态种群”,探究它们如何在宿主基因组中建立生态位、通过种间竞争与“寄生-抗寄生”的负反馈机制维持微生态平衡。结合群体遗传学理论,我们深入解析基因冗余、遗传漂变与净化选择在转座子固定过程中的博弈,揭示植物如何通过“弱化选择压力”的策略包容基因组的扩张,而非单纯排斥。
我们旨在回答:基因组如何在维持核心功能“不动如山”的同时,容许转座子驱动的结构变异作为进化的“缓冲垫”?通过这一研究,我们期望重新定义转座子并非基因组的“垃圾”或“寄生虫”,而是驱动植物适应性演化与基因组韧性塑造的关键驱动力。
